ChatGPT Legal Prompt Engineering: Creating a Trademark Review Process For Marketing

I created this video demonstrating how ChatGPT, through legal prompt engineering, can effectively streamline the trademark review process for marketing materials.

I trained ChatGPT using a trademark usage memorandum (a PDF file) as the framework for reviewing marketing content, which can be uploaded as PDF or PowerPoint presentations uploaded to Google Drive.

This process significantly streamlines the task of identifying where trademarks are used in marketing materials. It also highlights instances of potential improper usage and even suggests corrections. Remember to check your privacy settings in OpenAI and be cautious using plugins when uploading anything confidential.
